Eczema?

Anyone's little one has eczema that got better or still has it. What did you use or what are you using? My little man has had since 3months and i thought it gets better as they grow but it's no better. I want ideas, probably something i haven't tried.

Vanicream - mixed with hydrocortisone cream 1%

We use Vanicream (I get it from amazon) bar soap and aveeno eczema night balm. She’s got some pretty big patches and this seems to keep them at bay.

We use Aquaphor but our dr also gave us a steroid for when her patches really flare up and spread.

We've began using the Honest brand eczema therapy body soap. Instantly i noticed her skin isnt dry and stripped after a bath! Most of her patches have cleared up (except a few stubborn ones!) but for the most part i think we found a solution! Gunna try out their eczema therapy balm & soothing lotion as well. 
What i love about this product is that its hypoallergenic, fragrance free, cruelty free, paraben free and is considered a 'clean' product .
