Vitex day 2
Ok guys this is my second day on Vitex and cycle day one. I must say the cramps I was getting has stop and this headache with blurry vision is gone. I suspected my hormones was imbalance so that’s why I’m taking them and so far no complain. I actually feel full of energy today.
