If you have the Mirena IUD do you ever have irregular cycles?

I have the mirena IUD and usually I’ll just bleed for like two days but I can’t recall ever missing a period. When I was on skyla I would almost never have a period so I’m not too worried but glow notified me today that I’m 5 days late but I’ve been spotting all week.
