Help with bad period cramping plz
Ok so I'm in need of some more ways to ease some kinda bad period cramping besides taking meds. Like ladies I haven't had cramps this bad for a few years (well since before my iud) and ik my pcos can cause this but man. I'm over here not wanting to move curled up in a ball kinda day. I'm not to upset cause the meds my doc gave me worked but holy heck lol.
