Okay this is a two part question and both are TMI— I’m sorry.

I had sex last night for the first time my entire pregnancy (I’m 21 weeks). I’ve just been paranoid and finally felt okay about it after my anatomy scan. No spotting or pain thankfully but this morning around 11 am. I noticed a ton of creamy white “discharge” in my underwear. Is that just residual semen? It was way more than normal.

The other thing is I’ve been having problems with my BMs lately: I’m either constipated or have diarrhea. I had diarrhea today and when I wiped there was blood. I’m almost positive it is coming from my skin maybe being sensitive from wiping? It was bright red blood enough to be very noticeable on the toilet paper and when I wiped a few more times it was still on the toilet paper (with nothing else) but getting lighter. When I went pee a few hours later I noticed a little again on the toilet paper (not when I wiped in the front- only when I checked the back) which again makes me think maybe it was just skin irritation? Should I even be concerned? Should I call my doctor or just keep an eye on it?
