Our surprise girl made her spontaneous entrance yesterday at 40 weeks 6 days. I had a beautiful physiological birth yesterday 21 months after my emergency c section. It was an incredibly healing experience and I hope it gives you ladies aiming for a vbac some hope. I was already at pushing stage and 10cm dilated when we arrived and baby was born an hour later. The most important thing I will say is make sure you go in as educated as you can, make informed decisions that you are comfortable with and surround yourself with a supportive team.
