Period and Weightloss! I need a explanation 😒
I have been on a weight loss journey recently this is week three last week I lost 8lbs, and saw results also, so I was expecting the same amount of weight loss for this week I weighed myself and only lost 4 pounds😩😩I started my period 9 days ago, I haven’t cheated, ate super clean worked out three times out of the week so I was disappointed by this, is my period to blame? Will my true weight come to the forefront once my period is over? This is my first time losing weight seriously has anyone else been through this ?
