Is this true?
Ok so... I don’t know if this is true but I’ve read that when you’re on your period, your cervix dilates 1-2cm to allow the flow of your period to come through? Hence the period pains & it would make sense since they say period pain is what early labour feels like then it just gets more and more intense. Obviously when you have a period it’s the tissue and womb lining shedding since a baby wasn’t made that month. Does this sound accurate? I might be dumb and this might be the most obvious thing but I’m still curious lol!
Btw I’m pregnant with my first so just wondering for this reason ☺️
