I have a white gold ring from zales that cost a good chunk of money. I’ve had it for almost two years and this November I had it inspected and cleaned and ever since then this has been happening. I read it could be my makeup so I make sure to scrub my hands before I put it on... it was still happening so I took it in. They basically said they didn’t know what the probably was but they were gonna try to redo the rhodium? Has anyone had this happen to them before?
