I'm having diarrhea at 24w 4 days. Anyone else have it around this time?

I seem to have a cycle going of constipation then diarrhoea over and over again.
It’s happened to me in each of my pregnancies. My doctor says it’s nothing to worry about unless the diarrhoea is so bad that you aren’t hydrated enough.
Pregnancy hormones do strange this to your digestive system 🤢

Only when I eat something spicy,, which suuucks cause I love spicy lol
Maybe just watch what you eat that might be causing it..?
