Tips for constipation in a 10 week old?

This little chap has been really suffering with constipation over the past couple of days, his tummy has been rock hard and he’s been crying out in pain at the end of the day 🙁 but my little soldier still manages to crack a smile for mama 💛💜 (or the fact that he did the most explosive poo EVER this afternoon and probably feels a lot better 😂) any tips for helping a baby with constipation ladies? I never experience it with Clea so I’m all ears!

My son is 8 weeks and gets super constipated. My doctor told me to give him 1oz of prune juice diluted with 1oz of water every other day. That was the only thing that has helped him. And the prune juice doesn’t have as much sugar as pear or apple juice

We use gas medicine several times a day and make sure to give her probiotic drops once a day. That seemed to help but to be honest the biggest help I have seen is since I started supplementing with formula at nighttime. She hasn’t been having her usual gas issues since we started. 🤷🏻‍♀️

If you are breastfeeding, and have any milk saved up colostrum is a good LAX. So the first couple of weeks of milk is good
