When to BD?

I'm so confused on when to BD. Some people tell me every day and others say every other day to let dad fill up his tank. HELP!!

Every other day or every day has about the same chances. For men with low sperm count or mobility it is recommended no more than every other day. For a man with healthy sperm it takes 24 hours for sperm to repopulate in a healthy way. 
For the last many many decades the standard advice from doctors has been every other day in your fertile window. That standard has been shifting in the last several years.

we didnt do it on purpose, but this cycle (with bfp) we did morning sex cd 9, evening sex cd10, no sex cd11, morning cd12, evening cd13 (O day). Ends up being every 36hrs, and adds a little variety to the sex. :)

I’ve been pregnant 6 times with every other day which adds up to 3 times in fertility week. If I had a huge libido I’d do it more often but I just don’t
