How much is a good breast pump sesion?

Today I started pumping with my manual breast pump! Did a little bit after i fed my baby in the morning and at night! I ended with 70 ml = 2.3 oz total. is that a good amount or its too little! My baby is almost 4 weeks

How long did you pump for, and how long did you wait after a nursing session? Generally, it's 1.5-2oz both sides combined after a 30-60 minute wait. You'll get more milk in the morning, and it takes a while for some women to respond to the pump. The more you do it, the more comfortable you are, which means more milk. However some women don't respond to the pump at all, so dont worry about a "low supply" because what you pump is no indication of your actual supply

That is a perfect amount to store for one bottle feeding. I wouldn't even aim for much more of an over supply than that unless you are planning to quit nursing earlier than a year.
