Mini heart attack, but everything is okay!

I went to the ED with severe RLQ pain. My last 3 pregnancies have ended in miscarriage before there could’ve been a heartbeat. I was so scared to get an ultrasound. They found a 3cm cyst on my right ovary explaining the pain, but the baby looks great and is measuring 2 days off from my LMP! HR was 126💕💕💕 What a relief.
