Beyond what I’d say engorgement should in and in about 6-7 hour so produce 69 ounzes of milk. Not even getting all the milk out. That’s just as much milking as I can take and my nipples have swollen like 7 times what the were normally also while I was pregnant. I’m not sure what I am looking at boob wise and I don’t have a doc here. I and traveling and staying next to my sons nicu while he tries to recover from dying at birth and a lot of terrible things happened.
