You are at your most fertile after having a baby. Breastfeeding is not birth control and you can still get pregnant. Also having sex before being cleared by your doctor is a risk for a serious infection.

So me and my so had sex at 4 week exactly and the first night he pulled out because I’m not on birth control but then we did it again and he forgot to pull out! I took a ovulation test it said I wasn’t ovulating so does that mean I’m in clear?

Just wanted to chime in and say that breastfeeding will not necessarily protect you from getting pregnant. It can delay ovulation but doesn't always. After my daughter was born I ovulated at 9 weeks postpartum and my cycle was like clockwork after that, despite breastfeeding on demand around the clock.
