Panadol?

I've got an infected tooth and haven't been able to get into the doctor until tomorrow, for the past 3 days I have been having panadol like lollies because nothing helps with the pain. I've gone through 3 packets of panadol in 2 days (12 tablets in a pack) I've been using my stored breast milk but I'm about to run out.

How safe would it be to give my baby breast milk even with taking that much panadol? Worst case scenario I'll supplement with formula but my supply has already dropped because I haven't been breast feeding since taking the panadol.
