I’m 10 weeks as of yesterday and this just started off and on for me yesterday especially if I bend down or pick things up! Three years ago I herniated two discs in my lower back and had horrible sciatica for the entire summer while the discs healed and I went to PT so I’ve always been nervous my back or the sciatica wouldn’t be rough during pregnancy. Heating pads helped me last time so I wonder if it would help at all now. I hope your pain goes away soon!

yes I had a feeling like something in my butt cheek needed to pop lol. I rolled around on a spiky ball￼ and it feels better now. I have a special sciatica butt pillow because I've been dealing with that kind of pain for a long time- if I don't sit on my pillow I get turns in my lower back and then my hip flexor gives out and I can't walk right. so I need to get in the butt cheek with that ball￼￼ 😂
