I have several friends who said they would come to my daughters birthday party that I spend hundreds of dollars on to make nice and several of them just didn’t show up and didn’t even tell me they weren’t coming until I asked them if they were coming. Why are so rude? I’m not talking about people who were working or are sick before anyone says that’s why they weren’t there

I agree kids parties are boring and I probably overspent on them but I always attend these friends kids parties unless I’m working or we are sick which hasn’t happened very many times. The event venues around here start at $200 and go up we live in a very small house so having it at home isn’t an option. I’m just going to start inviting family only though there were plenty of family that didn’t come either.
