Confused on where to start

So I'm confused on where to start exercising. I want to lose weight but I'm too self conscious to go to the gym so I was planning on exercising at home. But I dont know where to start.

'm basically obese). I wanted to get down to at least 190. My target weight is 150lbs. I want to know if you guys have any tips on where to start or if there are any apps that could help me get started?
