5 weeks - no signs
I’m 5+4 weeks and have no signs at all apart from slight pulling sensations in my uterus area (but only once a day or so). My first appt with midwife isn’t until 10 weeks. Is it normal not to feel anything??? (You can probably tell I’m anxious).
