Families who go to Church

I want to start taking my baby to church but my husband works on Sunday. We would have to go to the Wednesday or Sunday services. Our girls bedtime is at 7 and usually wakes up from her last nap around 3....so I think she would have a total meltdown. She has never fallen asleep in public, no matter how tired she is. Any tips or suggestions?
