So stressed I feel like I’m going crazy...

School has been really really tough lately. I feel like I don’t get any breaks to just be alone and my mind is always thinking about stuff non stop. Even when I sleep I’m having these weird dreams. I’m so ready for summer. Softball season started this week so now I have even more on my plate to worry about. We have 3-4 games a week and on those nights I get home by like 10-11 plus I have had all this homework. I’ve stayed up till super late 3 nights this week doing homework so I’m not getting enough sleep. I’m also eating really bad so I’ve gained a lot of weight which is making me really upset. I feel like I’m always just too tired to even be in the moment and so I don’t enjoy very much anymore. Does anyone have any advice on how to get out of this slump?
