anyone's baby started moving lesss at 31 weeks?im worried:(

I feel like his movements are more faint, or less of “Jabs” like they were before. He still moves quite a bit, but there not super strong. Idk why it’s like this. I’m a FTM

I was going to post this too! I’m wondering if it’s because she’s spine out that I don’t feel full on kicks anymore. It’s more like squirming or full body pushes. She still moves regularly, it just feels completely different now 🤷🏼‍♀️

This happened to me when ii was 31 weeks. Scared the crap out of me so ii went to the hospital to see if everything was okay. My doctor said they're usually sleeping a lot so try laying on my left side ,,or eat something ,,or drink something cold. Also track their movements when you notice they're usually active.

I agree with another commenter, for me the feeling has just changed. Less “jabs” but still regular movement. I’ve also noticed that how well I feel the movement depends on which position she is in

OB told me any reduction in movement, after trying to drink something sugary and laying on my left side, that I need to call because they want me to go in. It isn’t worth baby’s life!!

The baby should always move at least 10 times in 2 hours. If you're not getting that, drink something cold, eat something sweet and count again. If you don't get enough movements, go to the hospital 👶🏻
