I need help guys

Okay so ,, I’m a bigger girl , I was about 293 when I got pregnant and I’m 5 ft 9 inches tall. I’m big . I can’t tell if my stomach looks any different at all. I found out at 6 weeks I’m now 20 weeks . I need help . Please be honest but also be kind. I just wanna know if anyone can really see a difference ?? I have a B belly so to me it just looks the same !!
