hcG & progesterone

I’m about four weeks, so early. I had a blood test completed on 11/02/2020, my hcG was 119 and progesterone was 189. I have not done another blood test to determine if my levels are doubling (my DR hasn’t requested) and has scheduled an ultrasound for the end of February.

I’m worried that my levels are low. We’ve had three miscarriages and my levels seem to drop, not allowing the pregnancy to be viable. I guess I’m wondering if anyone out there has had similar numbers at this same stage of pregnancy and if I should remain hopeful.

Update: I’m located in Canada, not the US. I’ve asked my DR for her opinion on my numbers and if I should be optimistic, but I have not heard for her. Which is unusual as we typically have great communication. I’m just worried about “annoying” her or asking for too much by requesting another blood test.
