What do you do when your 18 calls you a bitch, says fuck you

I took my 18 year olds phone because I have a no raunchiness rule and my daughter was doing videos like twerking and spreading her legs in a see through thong. After I did this she basically went rampage mode and called me a controlling bitch, repeatedly saying fuck this fuck you. She grabbed her coat and I said get back here and she said I'm leaving. I said no you're not and she said I'm grown watch me & I slapped her and I immediately started apologizing but she had already ran away from me back into her room. I feel like a terrible mother who handles everything the wrong way.
