I was just drinking about 2 hours ago and i started my period now i have really bad cramps but can i take pain killers even though I’ve been drinking?

Are you talking narcotic pain killers like for after surgery? Or an NSAID like Advil? Technically you can do either, on occasion, without long term damage to your liver. The narcotic will almost surely make you vomit if you have booze on board. If it’s just and Advil or. Tylenol you’ll be fine and probably avoid a hangover in the morning!
