Breast to bottle?

Question

I’d like some tips on how to transform from exclusively breastfeeding to exclusively bottle feeding (formula). 
My baby is 9 months old now, I’d like to slowly introduce the bottle until I could completely stop breastfeeding. 
My goal is to completely stop BF by the time she turns one. I don’t mind doing a few extra months as long as baby is content. 
I have no idea what to do and where to start. Any advice would help!

Have you considered trying to go right to a sippy cup? Introducing a bottle at 9 months for the first time seems kinda odd to me since it is recommended they are weaning from the bottle around 1 year.

Hello, what i did was start giving her bottle with my breast milk sometimes, she accept it well, so i start giving her formula when i would go out and the dad would stay with her. I had some health issues so i had to make the transition fast and had no issues with it.
