Bloody discharge after sex

I had sex with my boyfriend 4 times yesterday, and after i got home i went to pee and blood started coming out of my vagina. I thought nothing of it (thought it was because i had sex so many times in one night) , until today i looked and saw that there was bloody discharge in my panties. Should i go to the doctors or is it normal to be bleeding (1 day after) after rough sex? I’m convinced he bruised my cervix or something, could it be?
