Sexually frustrated!!!!

Ladies.. I do not know what to do anymore. I am so sexually frustrated it hurts and I feel like it is affecting my day to day life way too much. I am a raging bitch all the time I feel like... I am 27 weeks and working 3rd shift full time and by the time I get home in the morning my two kids (6 and 3) always make their way into our bed to sleep with their dad. On the rare occasion I come home to them not in our bed my oldest wakes up shortly after I get home and always wakes his younger brother up too. My needs are NOT being met and I am a basket case. What do I do 😭
