Any one’s little ones have silent reflux? If so, what are the symptoms? And how was it diagnosed without the traditional spitting up symptom of regular reflux?

My little one has been less interested in eating for a few weeks now. Sometimes it’s better than others. When it’s bad though he will straight up refuse the bottle even though I know he must be hungry, or he’ll cry that he’s hungry but then cry when he takes the bottle too. He also flails around a lot while eating and turns his head back and forth. Something doesn’t seem right and I hate to see him in any discomfort 😔
