Am I Miscarrying? (Please Read before a Voting)

So. First for reference. The top photo is my test on Tuesday. The bottom is today (Sunday) after a 2.5 hour hold (only peeing at 3am).

This week on Thursday, I had an experience at work where I felt extremely strange and ill. I got clammy during a meeting and had weird pressure like I needed to make a BM. About an hour later at 12noon I started bleeding bright dark red blood. So, my husband took me to the OBGYN.

My OB did an ultrasound, urine test, took more blood to double check HCG levels, and a pelvic exam. My cervix was luckily closed. But the ultrasound showed nothing.. uterus appeared empty and my tubes were clear.

So I was given three scenarios for my bleeding:

1- Miscarriage. My levels will lessen and bleeding will continue.

2- Ectopic. Watch for extreme pain and heavy bleeding.

3- This is all a fluke.

I now have a follow up appointment for Wednesday. My bleeding stopped on Friday, And has now turned to brown discharge. My cervix is low.. but it’s always low I feel like.. and I can’t tell if it’s open. I have NOT passed large clots, only the red blood. But I do feel achy in my pelvic area and back.

In the meantime of my wait, I decided to pee on a stick again and see if my levels were still there... and this is what I got.

Has anyone ever been in this situation before and had a viable pregnancy? Is this a miscarriage? Just a threatened miscarriage? Does anyone have a similar story to share so I can be prepared... I can’t sit here any longer and just wait.
