Help with nausea

What is everyone else finding that helps their nausea?

Ok, so this time around with my 2nd I am going to conquer this nausea thing. I go to bed sick and wake up sick. No actually vomiting though. This morning I had life cereal next to my bed and ate a bit dry before I even got out of bed and drank water. Then I had one of my preggo pop candies, then had a bowl of Cheerios with milk and ate a clementine. Let’s just say the more I continue to hydrate and eat, it makes me forget about the nausea or relieves it a bit. I know it’s common sense if you eat and drink you’ll feel better but sometimes nothing makes the nausea go away normally. Now I have to plan the rest of my day with somewhat healthy snacks and meals.
