Would you recommend prenatal vitamins to a teen parent or any parent?

I am wondering if I should start taking prenatal vitamins or if I should wait until I am told to take them by my health care specialist I am am expecting teen mom and I just want another opinion on it.

Yes take them! There are a bunch of benefits for you and your baby. At first I was using vita fusion prenatals which you can find at HEB but I got a sample of different vitamins from my ob called vitafol gummies but are a little on the $$ side but in my opinion worth it

I recommend them for sure but never could keep them down or remember to take them so I just didn’t 🤷‍♀️

yes definitely start taking them asap, they’re important in early pregnancy because you’re baby is developing the most in those weeks! most pregnancy centers give out free ones if you need some to tie you over until you see your doctor but you should also be able to call your OB and they’ll send a script to a pharmacy for you!
