Anyone have the joovy qool stroller?

Do you like it? I’d have to use it as a double stroller and wondering if it can fold up if it has the infant car seat adaptor still attached AND the second seat still attached. We’re in Canada and the only place I can find it physically IN store is at Walmart and the employees can’t answer my questions at all. They sell it at toys R us but not in store and I would like to go in and look at it with one of their stroller experts but I can’t find it in a store.
