Help! I need prayers + a little reassurance 🙏

I got a faint positive on the morning of valentines day at 13dpo. I immediately requested a blood test. The results came back as followed:

hCG,ser,ql

Your value: INCONCLU ⬅️

Standard range: NEGATIVE

I tested again this morning with a few different test brands.

I want to be excited about being pregnant but I had a chemical pregnancy on my birthday this past November. Tested positive for 3 days before getting my period. I'm now afraid this might be one too since the blood test came back inconclusive :(

Has anybody been in a similar situation? Was your pregnancy successful?
