What does Braxton Hicks feel like.

I'm 32+3 first time mom. Not sure how to tell when I'm having Braxton Hicks or what they feel  like.

Almost feels like a Charlie horse but on my stomach. Mine can get pretty strong and I have to breathe through some of them at times. Stomach does get really hard then after a minute or two it stops. They are not regular or get stronger like real contractions. I’ll get multiple throughout the day but they’re just random and don’t have a pattern to them.

Mine actually stop me when I'm doing something because all of a sudden my abdomen will tighten up and feel rock hard and it's difficult to do anything until it relaxes. It doesn't last long, and for me they tend to come and go until I relax and put my feet up.

Kinda wont feel it but you will notice your whole belly really hard for a few seconds.
