Mom fail: slipped after bath
I’m a complete idiot. My 13 month old wanted to walk to his room after his bath. I was so pleased that he wasn’t crying for once about getting out of the bath that I let him walk after only dabbing his feet on the bath mat (had left his towel in the bedroom). He took two steps and went SPLAT hitting the back of his head on the hardwood. It didn’t even occur to me that he’d be so slippery. I feel awful and like a complete, negligent idiot.
