A little background - my periods are irregular and I had a suppression ultrasound to see where I was in my cycle so that I could start letrozole. I started on CD 17 as per my REs instructions. I only have two pills left for tonight, but I started spotting ealrier today and now it's to the point where I really need to wear a pad. It's not heavy bleeding by any stretch, but I am worried. Has anyone gone through this?
