Why would I be having vivid dream since my chemical pregnancy? Would my progesterone still be high 2 weeks after chemical pregnancy?

I've been having vivid dreams faithfully since a little before chemical pregnancy. Is that normal? I only had dreams faithfully like that when I had my early miscarriage last time

You can have vivid dreams for other reasons too. I wouldn’t read too much into it. I’m sorry for your loss though

Women are very in tune with life and emotions. It’s hard for us to pin point a vivid dreams meaning when it is usually not normal then becomes normal. Whether it’s stress, a longing, or something that just is so heavy on your heart it could effect so many things from dreams to moods and even periods. 
My last chemical in November I had the most beautiful vivid dream that made my heart heavy with joy and sadness. I didn’t even know I was pregnant when I had the dream. It was the only vivid dream I had before, during, and after the chemical.  
Now I’m currently 31 days late no period and negative test. Last night I had a vivid dream about a damn cool ranch Dorito. The only dream I’ve had in awhile and it had color, clarity, and conversation. BUT it was about a Dorito and I’m not pregnant. It’s hard to say exactly why we do and see things. Again. A freakin Dorito 🤦🏻‍♀️ not even pregnant🙄

When I am stressed or have a lot on my mind my dreams always amp up.
