Sleep sack without metal zipper?

Question

My son has a bad rash under his chin and on his chest where the zipper touches his skin and I think it’s the sleep sack and the zipper jammies.
I bought him two piece pjs but I can’t find a sleep sack without a zipper.
I’ve seen some of you post pictures of your baby’s wearable blankets with the buttons on the shoulder. 
I can’t remember the name of them though?

We have the nested bean the zipper is on the side and snap shoulder buttons. I have the same issue I think with the zipper jammies!

I don’t know if you sew or know someone who does but Pinterest has free designs to sew a sleep sack with buttons 🙂

Not sure where you’re located but they have the ones with buttons at the top at Marshall’s and homesense

The zen sleep sack has the buttons at the shoulder but it does have a zipper. its along the outside edge so he shouldn't come in contact with it much though
