Femara and Metformin

I have been on Femara for several moths and have successfully ovulated for a while now. The hubs has low sperm count and low motility. We both have appointments with a fertility specialist the one if March. I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 22 so I was given BC and sent on my way. 13 years later and at 35 my hubby and I have been TTC for 2 1/2 years with no luck. Finally had a high insulin test a few weeks ago and my Gyno put me on Metformin. My A1C was perfect so we know it’s PCOS. Have any of you had any luck getting pregnant in a similar situation?
