Lackluster sex life since getting pregnant

Ever since I started showing in my pregnancy, around 12 weeks (now 26) my husband has not been into sex. He is uncomfortable with the idea of the baby feeling us having sex. It is to the point now where he cannot keep an erection. We have tried two different types of erectile dysfunction medications, we have tried prolonged foreplay, he is still not able to keep his erection. We never had this issue before I got pregnant, and I am very frustrated as my sex drive is higher than normal. I asked if he was able to finish with masturbation, and he said yes. I suggested watching porn together. I’m at my wits end and am more worried now that this will continue after baby arrives. Please help.
