4dpo is way to early to test. Implantation at the very earliest happens at 6dpo, usually 6-9dpo. The earliest you can get positive is 8dpo. And that’s early. I recommend waiting till 12-14 dpo

Nobody in the history of mankind has gotten a positive test at 4dpo because you aren’t pregnant that early. You’re going to have to be patient and wait like a week to test. Go on about your life as u normally would. Stressing or obsessing over it won’t make it happen any faster unfortunately.
