Planned this baby with my husband now I'm pregnant and he doesn't want to start over

My husband has two sons from a previous relationship they're 6 and 8 we've been together for years and started to talk about having a baby now I'm pregnant and he panicked and told me he doesn't want this that he doesn't want to start over again with the crying and the diapers and how itll change everything for us (we dont have the boys full time) and that our sex life will go down hill all of our time will revolve around someone else's schedule... since this hes lightened up a bit and we talk about the baby but I think he feels the same and idk what to do or how to help or what to think
