I have a pinched nerve in my back from sleeping on my left side and can barely walk or move. Should I....?

I’m in excruciating pain to the point where I tried to take a bath and could barely move. I cried and cried. My 21 month old son needed to be held and picked up today and my body is screaming at me. I am in so much PAIN.

Sounds like you should see a chiropractor. Sleeping with a pillow helps me but the chiropractor has saved my back multiple times. Used to have chronic migraines turned out my neck was out. I’ll forever swear by the chiropractor lol

You don’t always have to sleep/lay on your left side. As long as you’re not laying flat on your back for a long time (and honestly even at 15 weeks the baby isn’t big enough to compress the vessel), then you’re fine.

Try switching sides if even for a little bit. I am a left side sleeper but I find myself needing to switch to my right side sometimes during the night to feel better.

I have the same pain and really you just have to find your comfort spot, try different positions but definitely do not lay flat on your back getting up is the worst. Try propping pillows try it all, I sleep with a pillow between my legs it helps. Sorry I know your pain!
