Am I pregnant ?

Hello ladies I posted here a while back about my “period” only being two days and not covering a pad so I had a obgyn appointment 3 days after & they stated it was most likely nothing just ovulation bleeding and they did a pregnancy test and it was negative so I said I just have to wait on my period well my period is now 5 days late & I’ve been “wet” a lot so I think it’s my period but when I check it’s not it’s just a clear discharge with no smell could I be pregnant?
