Twins born at 36w2d will spend time in NICU? Please share your experience ?

My mo/di twin girls will be delivered via c-section at 36w2d. Do you think that they will spend some time in NICU. Already had my steroid shots. I would love if they come home with me right after delivery.
Any experience?

I definitely my twins boys 36w 6d I had stayed 6 days in the hospital one baby in NICU for 5 days. I delivered first baby vaginal and second baby I have to have an emergency csection

I also had the steriod shots and delivered at 34.5 weeks. Baby A was in nicu for 5 days and Baby B was in for 11 days.

Every baby is different. My niece was born at 34 weeks and came straight home. My nephew was born at 38 weeks 2 days and he spent 10 days in the NICU. It just depends on the baby.

Had my twins at 37 weeks and neither one had to go to the NICU. My daughter was on oxygen for the first 12 hours because she had a hard time adjusting to breathing outside of the womb but she was perfectly fine the next day. My OB says it all just varies on the babies. Each baby is different. Best of luck momma. ❤
