Pregnancy Scare😭

My period is late, like by a week. I have the IUD Kyleena. I took 2 tests and they are both negative . I’m freaking out because it’s unusual for me to miss a period completely. I had some spotting for like 2 days in the beginning of the month. I’ve also had the flu. What should I do, should I take more tests? I took them when my period was 3 days late then a couple days later I took another one. I know only a doctor can tell for sure but I’m just looking for advice. I also have no symptoms of anything.
